Human resource management deals with the planning, organizing and overseeing of the human resource of an organization through recruitment.

For a company or industry to effectively function, there is need for the humans working within the organization to be effectively managed or else the organization will be poorly managed and the organization's goals will not be met. Therefore, human resource management is a very important part of any organization.

Human resource management deals with the planning, organizing and overseeing of the human resource of an organization through recruitment, development and maintenance of the people within that organization in pursuit of the greater goals of the organization. If properly done, it can bring the best out of the staffs. Human resource in Dubai has shown a lot of improvement in recent years and this has served as a attraction for personnel that are either involved in permanent staffing or contract staffing from different places around the world.

Conversely, it is paramount to note the prominence of human resource management in an industrial setting.

Human resource management is responsible for the process of recruitment of staffs of an organization.

It is also important in training staffs. Employees of any company have to be up-to-date with the latest happening in their field, but due to schedule and financial constraint, they may not be able to get this training, it is, however, the function of the human resource management to send employees for training either in or out of the country.

Human resources management is responsible for conflict resolution. Wherever there is more than one person, there will always be conflicts, but for these conflicts to be easily settled, human resource management has a lot of works to do.

Human resources management is also responsible for maintenance of work environment by promoting team work, team spirit and attitude.

It is also the function of human resource management to monitor and ensure the satisfaction of employees. This can be done through survey, interviews and so on to make sure that employees are satisfied, which in turn will help the organization to grow.

It is also responsible for the effective utilization of human resources available within an organization. This is to ensure that the human resource available is appropriately maximized. For example, human resource in Dubai has effectively utilized the resource available, though there is still room for improvement.

It also oversees performance encouragement. This is done by making use of tactics and skills that are going to make employees feel appreciated, which will resultantly make them put in more efforts into doing their works.

Human resource management is usually cost effective in the long run for companies because it takes care of their recruitment needs at no extra costs. In big companies where recruitment, especially contract staffing, is usually done from time to time, if there is no human resource management to take care of it, they will have to constantly spend money on recruitment, but with human resource management, this can easily and successfully be taken care of.

It also devices means of granting benefits and compensations to employees through strategic means of compensating employees to bring a balance between their work and family. If this is done properly, they will be happy with their works and will be committed to staying on it for long.
